Comrade Dinepre Torukeregha was born in February 1978. I am a native of Toru-Angioma Community in Patani Local Government Area Delta State. Comrade Dinepre Torukeregha obtained his Primary School Leaving Certificate at Akendenowei Primary School Delta State in 1989 and in 1996, he obtained Government Certificate Examination (GCE) with the Government Girls Secondary School Isiogbo in Emugha Local Government Area Rivers State. 2006 Bachelor of Science (BSC) Mass Communication with the Rivers State University of Science & Technology Nkpolu Port Harcourt and 2011 Diploma in Labour and Industrial Relations Studies with the Micheal Imodu Institute for Labour Studies. 2013 master’s degree in public administration and political science with the Delta State University Abraka.
Organizing Secretary AUPCTRE Assigned to Bayelsa State Council 2009. State Secretary Confirmed and Assigned Bayelsa State 2011. In 2015 elected as Bayelsa State Council Vice Chairperson Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and same time Appointed as State Secretary Nigeria Labour Congress Bayelsa State Council. 2015 elected Assistant Secretary Bayelsa State Joint Public Service Negotiating Council (SJPNC). 2018 AUPCTRE State Secretary Assigned to Delta State Council and automatic member of the NLC State Executive Council (SEC). 2022 Comrade Dinepre Torukeregha was promoted by the national leadership of AUPCTRE as Head of Department at the National Secretariat of AUPCTRE to Head the Department of Education and International till date.
